Cotija cheese * 1 avocado, sliced * 1/4 cup chopped cilantro * Lime wedges For Serving: • 8 small corn or flour tortillas Instructions 1. Marinate the Steak: * Combine chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice in a bowl. * Rub the mixture onto the steak, coating it evenly. Drizzle with olive oil. * Let marinate for 20-30 minutes at room temperature or up to 4 hours in the fridge. 2.
