I’ve been following intermittent fasting for a while, but now I’m fully shifting to pescatarian—cutting out chicken, beef, and pork while sticking to seafood. Here’s what I ate over the past 4 days while keeping things simple, flavorful, and balanced! ☀️ Every morning, I start my day with probiotics & coconut water for hydration before my first meal around 11 am and then dinner around 7pm. That’s a daily routine for me! 🫐 Tropical Oatmeal Bowl – Oats with mango, strawberries, hemp seeds, cinnamon, vanilla & brown sugar. 🐟 Garlic Butter Salmon & Veggies – Salmon, garlic couscous, sautéed zucchini & squash, with fresh lemon. 🍤 Shrimp Stir Fry Remix – Leftover garlic couscous turned into a shrimp & pepper stir fry. ✨ Shrimp & Grits Done My Way – Leftover grits + shrimp, peppers, and nutritional yeast for a cheesy vibe. 📸 (Not Pictured) Sweet Cream Grits – Grits with butter and brown sugar, made for a smooth, creamy, sweet meal. 🍿 Sweet & Salty Caramel Popcorn – Homemade stovetop popcorn caramelized with brown sugar & avocado oil. 📸 (Not Pictured) Crispy Whiting & Fries – Fried whiting with seasoned fries from a night out, keeping it pescatarian even when eating out. 🍝 Creamy Garlic Seafood Pasta – Shrimp & scallops in a homemade almond milk Alfredo sauce, with garlic bread. That’s the full rundown! Two meals aren’t pictured, but this is everything I ate this week while adjusting to pescatarian life. Who else is Pescatarian or thinking about switching? What meal looks the best to y’all? 👀🐟🔥
