how to make a super quick, filling & yummy shakshuka: start by sauteeing some garlic and chopped white onions on medium-low eat until they begin to caramelize, and then add in 1-1.5 cups of crushed tomatoes. add in 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika, and mix. form little holes for the eggs and crack in the eggs, and then simmer with the lid on for 4-7 minutes until your eggs are cooked to your desired hardness (I cooked these eggs closer to 6 minutes because I don't love runny egg yolks) I served this hot with a side of toasted sourdough & it was amazing
