The TikTok hashtag #smasfacelift features content related to a specific surgical procedure focusing on lifting and tightening facial skin, showcasing before-and-after results, personal experiences, beauty tips, and recovery journeys.
I posted the case study of this transformation in August; however, I used that caption to discuss something completely different. So, I'm sharing her transformation again, this time with old-school images to better illustrate the change. Initially, this patient declined to share her results online. It was only after seeing her results that she became so excited she said, "Go ahead!" Age: 57 Years Young Sedation: Twilight Sedation Procedures: ✅ Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift ✅ Lip Lift ✅ Temporal Brow Lift ✅ Full Face CO2 Laser Resurfacing Recovery: 3 Months Post-Op She had previously undergone non-invasive procedures but felt they weren't having the same impact as they did when she was younger. At three months post-op, she is still considered to be healing. This is not her final transformation. Unfortunately, as an out-of-town patient, we didn't have the opportunity to take as many after pictures as we would have liked. I want to emphasize that the recovery process takes time. Very few things can reveal that you've had work done like incision lines that have not healed properly. Because of this, my colleagues and I continue to advance our surgical techniques and post-recovery treatments to ensure those incision lines fade and become as close to invisible as possible. If you're considering an isolated neck lift, there are two areas where I may create incisions: * 𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣:  This incision allows me to remove deep neck fat (if needed), in addition to possibly repositioning some muscles and glands, along with performing a platysmaplasty. * 𝘽𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙧: I demonstrate the areas this incision targets in the video, but it can best be described as the sides of the neck.
