Recipe: Ingredients: 3 eggs 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 teaspoon of sea salt 1 package of crumbled feta cheese, 6 Oz (170 grams) 1 package of cottage cheese 4%, 5 Oz (142 grams) 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup of water 1 cup of all purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 package of baby spinach washed and ready to eat, 5 Oz ( 142g) For the ceramic pan: Avocado oil spray 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 400F / 200C. 2. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, olive oil, salt, cottage cheese, feta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Add the water and mix it again. 3. Add the flour, baking powder, garlic powder then mix everything together. 4. Fold in the baby spinach and combine thoroughly. 5. Spray a ceramic baking pan with avocado oil or olive oil and sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the bottom. 6. Pour the mixture and flatten it evenly. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. 8.
