#NIVEA #Recipe #glowingskin #squash @Zoe Antonia Ingredients: 🧡 1 whole medium butternut squash 🧡 400g of carrots 🧡 1 tablespoon avocado oil 🧡 1 small yellow onion, halved 🧡 1 garlic clove, peeled 🧡 ½ tablespoon maple syrup 🧡 salt, pepper and herbs to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220C). Chop your carrots and butternut squash, while remembering to remove seeds from squash. 2. Place them on baking tray cut side down, coat with oil, salt, and pepper. Time to rock and roast! After 30 minutes, add the onion for another 30 minutes. 3. Now for the main event, blending! Add the scooped squash flesh, onion, garlic, maple syrup, salt, nutmeg, ginger, and vegetable broth into a blender. Blend until creamy. 4. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with your favorite toppings, I used parsley and black pepper. Enjoy the glow and coziness 🧡
