Stir Fried Noodles Ingredients :- Sauce :- * Vinegar - 1 1/2 Tbsp * Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp * Dark Soy Sauce - 1/2 Tsp * Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp * MSG - 1 1/2 Tsp * Schezwan Sauce - 1 Tbsp * Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp * Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp * Ketchup - 1 Tbsp For Stir Fry :- * Oil - 2-3 Tbsp * Ginger Garlic - 2 1/2 Tbsp minced * White part of Green Onion - 1 Tbsp * Onion - 1 large Petals * Red and Green Bell Pepper - 1 Cup Cubed * Cabbage - 1/4 Cup thin sliced long * Mushroom - 6 Quartered * Carrot - 1/4 Cup Julienned * Black Peppercorn - 1/2 Tbsp Crushed * Hakka Noddles - 1 Packet * Green Chillies - 2-3 Sliced * Cilantro - Garnish * Green onion - Garnish * Chicken Thighs - 1 Lbs cut bite size 1. Get a bowl add vinegar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, MSG, Schezwan sauce, sugar, red chili powder, ketchup mix well and set it aside. This going to be our sauce. 2. Get a pan add oil on medium heat. once oil is hot add the chicken and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until light golden color set on the chicken. Turn the heat off and set aside the chicken. 3. In the same pan and oil on medium high heat, add ginger, garlic, and white part of green onion mix well cook for 30 seconds. 4. Add all the veggies mix well cook for 1-3 minutes depending on how you like you veggies. 5. Now add the crushed black peppercorn, and chicken mix well cook 30 seconds. 6. Add the boiled noodles, and the sauce mix well making sure it spread evenly. Cook the noodles until sauce dries up. 7. Add green chilis mix well and turn the heat off.
