Back then, I was stuck in a cycle of restricting, overanalyzing every calorie, and striving to shrink myself as much as possible—physically and emotionally. But here’s the truth: gaining weight didn’t just transform my body—it transformed me. ✨ I grew my glutes 5x the size—turns out, muscle doesn’t build on fear and restriction, it grows with proper fuel and care. ✨ I gained freedom and happiness to live my life fully, without obsessing over food or my body. Now I can travel, adventure, and enjoy time with friends&family without fear. ✨ I became stronger and empowered, realizing my body is capable of so much more than just looking a certain way— lifting heavy is POWER. ✨ I stopped getting anxiety around food and social situations, finally enjoying my favorite meals and time with friends without guilt. ✨ I stopped losing hair and gained energy again—my body started thriving instead of just surviving. ✨ I found self-love and space to let others love me, too.
