HOT HONEY SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS 🍗🍯🌶️🔥 The Super Bowl is in just a few weeks, and every year I make homemade chicken wings! This year I’m stepping up my game by making smoked chicken wings tossed in homemade hot honey glaze… these are seriously the BEST wings I have ever had! They are sweet, spicy, sticky, and smoky - everyone will love them! 😍 I smoked the wings on the brand new @Traeger Grills Woodridge grill! It adds the most delicious smoky flavor to meat, fish & veggies, and is so easy to use and clean! 🙌 Smoked wings: - 2 lbs chicken wings - 1 tbsp avocado oil - 1 tbsp paprika - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp onion powder - 2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Hot honey glaze: - 1/4 cup honey - 2 tbsp hot sauce (I love Franks) - 2 tbsp butter - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes How to: - Preheat smoker to 250F. - Pat wings dry with paper towels. Add to a big bowl and toss in avocado oil. - Mix together all of the spices and sprinkle over the wings, tossing so each wing is evenly coated in the seasoning. - Place wings in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour. - While the wings are smoking, add all of the ingredients for the hot honey glaze to a saucepan and whisk until it starts to bubble, then turn down the heat and whisk for 1-2 minutes until well combined. - Remove the wings from the smoker and turn it up to 500F. Sear the wings for 1-2 minutes on each side until they have a light char. - Add the wings to a large bowl and drizzle over the hot honey glaze. Toss to evenly coat. - Garnish with diced parsley and serve with blue cheese or ranch. Enjoy! 🫶
