I FORGOT THE HOT SAUCE 🤬🤬🤬 Either way it was delicious! I’ve been seeing people making so many variations of sweet potato protein bowls, and I needed a piece of the action. Definitely will be making again! To a bowl simply add cooked sweet potatoes, cooked taco seasoned lean ground beef, cottage cheese, guacamole, lime, jalapeño, cilantro, and HOT SAUCE. How I make my sweet potatoes. Peel and chop two sweet potatoes, drizzle with a tbsp olive oil, season well with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Toss well and air fry 375° for 16 minutes. Perfect every time!
