“Do not waste another second doing anything that does not get you closer to achieving your goals” ⏳ Stop the excuses. There is NO such thing as there is not enough time. 🙅🏻♀️ If that is how you feel, then it is your responsibility to create the time! 🫵🏼 Remove what no longer serves you and doesn’t push you forward. Here are my 3️⃣ tips on how to create more time: 1️⃣ CUT the binge watching out. Netflix can be fun, but do watching hours of TV a night get you closer to accomplishing your goals? (I am not saying you can never watch TV, but limit this) 2️⃣ SAY no and be OK with it. Learning to say no to things that pull you off track. 3️⃣ REMOVE the white space from your calendar. The white space determines the time you are not using effectively. So start to fill your calendar with tasks, meetings, activities, initiatives that help you get closer to becoming the person you want to become. 🙌🏼 (If you see my calendar every minute is taken up by something.. some say that’s extreme, I call it efficient) even if you’re scheduling time just for yourself to relax, bc you need that too, add it in the calendar! 🗓️ Which tip are you implementing more of this month? 🤔
