Tomato Butter & Parmigiano Bread with Burrata & Prosciutto...By far my most popular video/recipe to date and with good reason! It is DELICIOUS! please tag me if you try it π. Pro Tip: warm up the the water burrata comes packed in so it is nice and creamy. Ingredients: β’5 tbsp room temp butter (kerrygold). β’2 tbsp tomato paste. β’1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano. β’Salt and pepper to taste. β’4 slices ciabatta bread. β’4 -2oz burrata balls (belgioioso). β’8 thin slices of prosciutto. β’Drizzle of olive oil. β’Chives. β’Flaky sea salt. Directions: 1.- Mix the butter, tomato paste, salt, pepper & parmigiano. 2.- Smear it on the bread. 3.- Bake at 375 for 13-15 min. Check at 10 min to make sure it isn't burning. 4.- Add the prosciutto to the bread, the burrata & cut it open. 5.- Drizzle olive oil, black pepper, flaky sea salt & chives.
