#TuesdayTips: Learn how to make Brioche! 🍞 Perfectly soft, rich, and oh-so-decadent, it’s the ultimate treat for breakfast or dessert. 🍫 Ingredients: - Brioche Dough --- 250 bread flour, 6g salt, 30 grs sugar, 10g fresh yeast, 2 large eggs, water, 125 butter - Butter - 1 egg - Salt How to make: Weigh 400g of dough and shape it into a tube. Divide it into 6 pieces. Sprinkle it with flour and roll the dough into balls. Sprinkle the dough balls with flour again and roll once more. Get an aluminum mold and rub the inside with butter. Sprinkle a little bit of flour inside the mold. Press the dough balls into the bottom of the mold. Cover with plastic wrap. Leave it on the counter for a couple hours to proof. Crack an egg into a bowl and add salt and mix. Use a brush and cover the top of the dough with the egg wash. Put it in the oven for 30 mins at 350 degrees fahrenheit. Once baked, cut into slices and enjoy!
