egg roll in a bowl 345 cals + 32g of protein ⬇️ mid week dinner idea! this recipe is for one but would be so easy to double or even quadruple! full of protein, packed with flavor and done in under 20 minutes.  what ya need:  1 trader joe’s frozen turkey burger onion powder  salt and pepper 1/4 tsp ground ginger (or fresh, can also omit) 1 tsp minced garlic  3 cups coleslaw  1/3 cup frozen edamame (out of pod) 1 tsp rice wine vinegar  1 tbs soy sauce  1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp sriracha  to garnish: green onions and sesame seeds  heat a tiny bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. add in your turkey patty and season generously with onion powder and salt and pepper. as it cooks - use a wooden spoon or spatula to break the burger up as it cooks into small pieces. cook until turkey is fully cooked!  add in garlic and ginger and cook for an additional minute.  for the sauce mix together rice vinegar, sriracha, soy sauce and sesame oil. add the coleslaw mix, frozen edamame and sauce mixture into the skillet. stir everything and cook for 5-7 mins until veggies are tender!  top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy! 😋 #eggrollinabowl #busymommeals #dinnerforone #highproteindiet #turkeyburger  #creatorsearchinsights
