The price of protein these days will make me turn vegan - ok not really lol. SAVE this recipe for THIS delicious dish. Detailed ingredients here: 2 turkey thighs, 2 turkey wings 6 tomatoes 10 small sweet red peppers 3 scotch bonnet peppers 2 red onions Seasonings: @badiaspices all purpose seasoning, paprika, @knorr chicken season, most importantly pepper soup spice (find this in your African store) Fresh basil Ginger Instruction 1. Season turkey with fresh ginger, chicken seasoning, badia all purpose 2. Boil for 25 minutes 3. Combine tomato, sweet peppers,scotch bonnet, and onion in a wide pan and steam for 20 minutes. 4. Coarsely blend steamed vegetables. 5. Transfer turkey to air fryer 380F for 10 minutes. 6. In a pan, heat oil. Add minced garlic and sliced onion. After three minutes, add blended vegetables. 7. Add seasonings- ESPECIALLY PEPPERSOUP SPICE 8. Add fresh basil and add turkey. 9. Heat for 7 minutes, stirring occassionally. 10. Serve with side of your choice.
