Whew 🥵 Today, I stepped outside my comfort zone and tried a Pilates-inspired Megaformer class—and WOW, what a challenge! 🔥 This workout pushed me beyond my limits with intense, controlled movements that had my muscles shaking like a Stripker 🤸🏿♀️ (in the best way)! It’s like Pilates, but next-level. 🤯 Differences from a Pilates Reformer? Megaformer focuses more on strength, endurance, and cardio while still giving you those core-strengthening and toning vibes.
