This family owned restaurant first opened in 1986 and has been a staple in the area ever since. It has been voted "Best in Town" year after year! Many of the menu items are family recipes that have been passed down for generations😀. The Texas waffle is a must-try along with their chicken fried steak. 48 Hours of Eating in Houston, TX 🥢 - I’m willing to make a drive from Dallas to Houston any day to eat. This trip I primarily ate Asian food because I needed homey, nostalgic bites after all the American food during the holidays.
