Feel more balanced walking 👏🏼 Oftentimes limping, pain and even tightness when walking can be caused by a lack of balance- meaning your muscles have to work extra hard to keep you upright and tend to be inefficient 🤦🏽‍♀️ Improving balance can make a world of difference to your walking 🙌🏼 Here are two of my favorites because they also incorporate moving in different directions to wake up the muscles especially in the hips 👀 Try to tap as LIGHT as you can. You can make it easier by adding upper body support or putting more weight through the foot you are stepping with 🦵🏽⚠️ Repetitions are just suggestions and can be modified as needed.
