After struggling for the last few years with symptoms that seemed out of the blue for me like overwhelming anxiousness, sadness that made me exhausted, bloating and stomach pains, severe heartburn, unexplained weight gain, and intense feelings of stress - I knew I needed to dive deeper into what was causing all of these issues.  After lots of visits with docs, bloodwork and scouring the interwebs for people with similar experiences it wasn’t hard to see that my gut health was in need of serious attention and my cortisol levels were through the roof.
