✨ I’m Learning This and Want to Share It With You ✨💡👇 Lately, I’ve been noticing when I react out of survival, scarcity, or fear. It’s a pattern I’m committed to shifting now, and I want to take you on this journey with me…. Here’s what I’m practicing: 1️⃣ Naming the Emotion – Instead of pushing it away, I acknowledge it. “I’m feeling fear right now.” Naming it takes the power out of it. 2️⃣ Pausing Before Reacting – When the emotion arises, I take a deep breath. This creates space to observe instead of acting on it. 3️⃣ Observing Without Judgment – I remind myself: “It’s okay to feel this. Emotions are just signals, not my identity.” 4️⃣ Choosing My Response – Once I feel grounded, I decide how to move forward from a place of calm and clarity, not fear. 🌿 This process is helping me create more space, peace and abundance in my life, and I want you to know it’s possible for you too.💛 💡 Ask yourself: • What am I feeling? • Where is it in my body? • How can I respond from my higher self? ✨ Let’s practice this together.
