These donations go toward purchasing items that are utilized in the classroom to represent the types of medical equipment found in real hospitals. These things would include video laryngoscopes, guidescopes, head wall units, pulmonary function equipment, new ventilators, new lung simulators, and much more! From being in the program, I now understand the importance of having this equipment in the classroom to help better prepare me for clinical and for my future job as a Respiratory Therapist. That being said, the fundraiser challenge is based on the number of donors, not the amount, so any contribution will be greatly appreciated by me and my classmates! Thank you so much for your consideration, and I'm excited that these donations will support my education as well as that of my classmates and future UT Respiratory Care Students!
