You can adjust the other ingredients to fit your macros if you want to try this bowl👌🏻 I’ve been eating this bowl almost everyday for years😂 don’t get tired of it. Blue Goo Creamy Recipe Macros before toppings Protein 46g Carbs 15g Fats 6g Macros with toppings Protein 48g Carbs 40g Fats 12g Calories 482 Grab creamy pint and fill with the following⬇️ Vanilla unsweetened almond milk 200ml Low fat Fairlife milk 25ml Legion salted caramel whey 2 scoops Pistachio sugar free Jello pudding mix 14g Torani Sugar free vanilla syrup 2 pumps Mix and freeze overnight / until frozen solid Blend on “lite ice cream” setting. Carve hole in center with spoon Add Toppings Blueberries 80g - push to sides with spoon to make room. Coco pebbles 10g Golden grams 10g Blend “mix in” setting Break up and add 1 square dark chocolate Mix and fold with spoon If liquidy put back in freezer for 20-40min until desired firmness.
