WhileI guide you through the January challenge, I will be hosting a private healing January challenge for myself. I get to transform with you this time around… even if it’s not in the way I would have hoped. I too have to move through a process and I’m grateful to have all of you hyping me up and keeping me on track!  I’ll be working with my friend and now my physio @iamtristangatto (check out his page!) over the next few months to get me back on my feet. Im so grateful to be surrounded by great guidance as I heal.  So excited to see how we transform over these next 5 weeks 🦋  If you haven’t signed up yet, theres still time! Well it’s not. But you know… lol.  Week 3 @iamtristangatto turned up the heat and I’m SO f***ing GRATEFUL TO MOVEEEEE. I feels good to feel pieces of myself, still there, still strong. I can not emphasize how important it is to prioritize STRONG.  Through out this whole process I have been reminded that the consistent work and time I have put into nourishing myself, strengthening muscles, mind, and my endurance- MATTERS. Sure, we all want a six pack for the aesthetic of it all. But I can’t tell you how many times I have been so grateful that I can balance well on one foot when I have to wash my face. Or that I can pistol squat to get down and stand up from the toilet lol. This would be an entirely impossible experience for me if I was full noodle. Take care of your body so that if and when the time comes- it will take care of you. I am helping my process along with red light therapy & @epemf.app sound frequency healing, bio magnetic therapy, and allll the protein and sleeping as much as I can.  The road is long but im starting to see the light ✨ Go get on your mat. Go to the gym. Go for a walk. And if not for you pleaaaaase do it for me 🫶🏼 Enjoy the pain of discipline and growth. If you have the time and space to do this for yourself- it is a true privilege. Don’t waste it.  Gorgeous Yin & Yang mat by @okoliving 💕

And the magic of the “spinal wave” for deep core line engagement throughout your practice.  Tristan’s extensive knowledge in anatomy, physio therapy and injury prevention and recovery means he is able to provide modifications for all body types to access the power of the foundational postures. We spend the first hour in an instructional tutorial with questions from our students being addressed directly. And then we weave it all together with a juicy feel good flow for the last hour.
