No Bake Peach Cobbler Cheesecake 🍑 Welcome to part Five of the Thanksgiving series! Desserts are crucial to any Holiday meal and this peach cobbler cheesecake is truly the best of both worlds! While no bake cheesecakes aren’t exactly the same as a traditional cheesecake it is a simpler way to get a similar result! Full Ingredient list For cheesecake filling: 36 oz softened cream cheese 1- 1 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup heavy cream whipped 1/2 lemon juiced 1-2 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 tsp cinnamon For crust: 2- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1- 1 1/2 stick butter melted 1/4 cup sugar For peach cobbler mixture: 3 15 oz can peaches in light syrup 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tsp cinnamon 1/4-1/2 tsp ground nutmeg Cornstarch slurry to thicken (optional) Recipe notes: - Adding peaches into the center of the cheesecake is optional, will result in the final product not being as firm - Allow to chill for at least 6-8 hours, can freeze briefly to set more firmly - Bake pie crust @ 350 for 8-10 minutes and allow to cool completely - Allow peach cobbler filling to cool completely
