Over the past (almost) 3 years, I’ve loved being able to share my life, my personal fitness journey, and my coaching on this app. It’s what started it all before I expanded to IG, FB & now YT. TikTok changed my life & allowed me to reach so many women, help them heal & strengthen their bodies, and find a little ‘selfhood’ in motherhood. I hope TikTok and the US come to a better solution. Let’s all be a little more compassionate towards each other. there are content creators who market real services, small businesses, and even those who just spread knowledge on their niche. this app has been a great way for moms to stay home with their kids, families to get a little bit ahead, small businesses to reach more people, etc. they are all people just doing what they love + trying to get by in this crazy country. Let’s be better people. 🫶🏽

Without a routine… I was running around like a crazy person trying to meet all business deadlines, show up as a mom, and still have my own needs and wants met. A few things you should know… my daughter is a fresh 3 year old. when my daughter was an infant-1 years old, even a routine did not work some days. they are still so young and every baby is different. night wakes are normal!  once we got a routine down, some days were/are still rough. we are both human and have our days. but consistency, using those predictable steps, and being firm help a ton! lastly, a routine will not look like a routine when first introduced. As you’re adding in your ‘predictable steps,’ try only adding 1-2 at a time then adding in new ones as your child gets comfortable. It normally takes about 2-3 weeks for my child to get into a new routine without push back. Let me know if you guys want to see more content like this.
