Blessing a Homeless Kid with THIS! It started in my car. I was parked outside Starbucks, journaling about a question that had been heavy on my heart: When you become a light, how do you balance spreading it with protecting your time? Overanalyzing as usual, I decided to call a mentor, James Cohn. He prayed over me, it was late, I was planning to skip Starbucks & hit the gym when—BANG!—someone banged on my window. I looked up & saw Tracy, an older, bearded friend of mine, grinning like he won the lottery. I opened the door, “What’s up, bro? We’re talking about God in here!” He screamed, “DUDE, YOU’RE A PRAYER ANSWERED. Vincent is here, & you HAVE to meet him." This was what I’d been journaling about—helping others, even when it disrupts your plans. A wave of anxiety came over me, I felt a lot of expectations too, but fully trusting in God, with anxiety, I went in Starbucks Meeting Vincent was destiny. He’s a loving guy, burned by life, carrying pain no one tried to understand. Beneath his struggles was a heart of gold. He shared how he found money & used it to buy everyone's stuff in 7/11. Hurt people hurt people, that's in all of us, & without love & understanding we are helpless to it. So I invited him to church to feel God’s love. He shared his dream of becoming a content creator that help others. As men, it's important to feel "on the path" to your dreams, it makes life rich, so to make that a reality, I went home, got some food, clothes, my copy of Atomic Habits (which was hard for me), & a phone We set up his accounts (@vincentstaysunny) & filmed this video, then he gave the money I gave him to someone in need (his idea). It was better than anything I could’ve planned Vincent said, “Last night, I prayed for a phone, for food, & someone to keep me company. today, everything came true” Guys ... God didn’t just answer his prayers—He answered mine, James's, Tracy’s, & even the person Vincent helped (@joinprojectripple) That night I went to a sermon with new special friends, tears kept coming to my eyes during the sermon thinking about how the messaging applied to Vincent, & when they said “No matter what You say, I will obey”, I balled my eyes out because I knew God had won, this was the new me WHAT A DAY.
