Everyoneās journey and reasoning for starting is different. I started Fifty Days of Fit to push myself beyond what I started 4 years ago and to be able to keep a visual journal of my day to day. My plan is to post each of my days til October 21st, telling my story, showing my workouts, what I eat on a regular basis, and how I form my everyday life to fit my health/fitness life. This post is me on September 3rd showcasing how I start my workouts lifting my own body mass before I lift any weights. Lifting my own weight is my ultimate goal. I start with at least 10 reps per set of pushups and gradually increasing the reps the more sets I do. For my pull-ups, I do a variation always making sure I get at least 3-4 pull-ups each variation or until I max out.
