Math questions on the real estate exam make up about 10-15% of the exam, so it’s best to understand a little bit of the math so at least you can get a few extra points instead of missing all of them and just banking on trying to pass the remaining 85-90% of the exam. That’s a lot of stress on you, so it’s better to learn some math and be better prepared for your exam.

A lot of people think you can pass the real estate exam without learning the math and I’m here to say that’s not a good strategy.
