THATS IT. Whether it’s making ONE brushstroke, writing ONE line, or playing ONE chord, taking that first step will most likely lead to taking more. 2️⃣ Release Expectations👀 - Can you accept yourself, flaws and all, and enjoy the process without judgment or pressure? What are you truly protecting yourself from, and where did this need for perfection come from? Remember- The need for perfection didn’t originate from within you and Imperfection is where authenticity thrives. In its depths, our true self truly thrives 👁️👄👁️ wow 3️⃣ Efficient Setup ⚡️- Gather your favorite supplies, But don't aim for the perfect set up; quick setup = smoother creative flow. 4️⃣ Center Yourself🧘🏽- Pause, take a seat, feel your breath. 5️⃣Just dorr It 🔥- no thinking just focus on the action, the flow. Allow yourself to freely express and explore without constraints. No erasing, no undos, nothing, just keep it flowing. 6️⃣ Embrace Mistakes🦄- mistakes are part of the creative journey. Instead of seeing them as failures, view them as opportunities for growth and learning. 7️⃣ Repeat✍🏽- Make creative flow a habit by regularly engaging in creative practices like these.
