I jusy wanted to get stronger ! πͺπ½ Stay consistant, learn what YOUR body needs. Not what βeveryone else β does. Oppinion: 2 most important parts of u: 1. Gut health. Get ur gut moving. I had to remove the toxins, or how will i stop being inflammed !!! Got my gut healthy! 2. Mental health: Mental clarity is exhilarating. When i figured out to let go and be happy, accepting and love who i am, things started to become easier, I became stronger, and it just happens so naturally that it just feels right. π₯° IF- best way to lower caloric intake for me Eat clean, high protine Fuctinal training, F45 changed my life. Sleep sleep sleep Vitamins!!!!!!!! (Magnesiam changed my life) Stress less, its hard but i controlled what i can, let go what i cant) Life if becautiful, love urself always, stay positive, and most importantly keep moving!
