As a trans man, the desire for more control over your body and the way you look can feel never ending. I started weight lifting around 14 years old and I fell in love with it. At the time I honestly didn’t know how much it would end up changing my life. Not only is it great for mental and phsyical health but as I started my transition, it gave me a sense of purpose. I craved the sense of euphoria that chasing my goal physique and strength gave me and I’ve been fortunate enough to share that with all of you. At a certain point in my life my addiction to the gym became toxic. I was overtraining, undereating, and beating myself up for what felt like a lack of progress. Luckily over the last few years I’ve been able to create a much healthier relationship with food, exercise, and myself. Understanding that progress takes time and REQUIRES you to take care of yourself. Prioritizing recovery makes all the difference. Eat enough, hydrate enough, sleep enough, and relax enough. You got this! If you’re interested in training with me fill out a form on my website (link in bio). @Legion Athletics || Use Code WOODSFIT for a discount on your first order!
