I would stand in the water and watch the beatles around me struggle and drown. I would try to ignore it because I had a job to do, and what weirdo would save bugs out of the pool?? I could never ignore it though. Knowing they were fighting for their lives, and knowing I had the power to save them. Sparing a life can be so simple and take no time at all. Acknowledging a life is just the same. A bug’s or a rodent’s life may not mean much to you, but it’s all they have, let them live it #sumsmeup #empathy
