✨Birthday Trip: BOT4✨ I turned 27 earlier this month and went to Florida for a bike week! I had absolutely no idea what Broward On Top was, but I’m thankful my friends invited me🥹 I had one of the best weeks of this year & got to meet so many amazing riders🫶🏾 I’ll def be back next year with some better tricks😂 My parents are the absolute best for staying in Florida an extra day for my birthday🥹 Universal Studios @Universal Orlando felt like being a kid again. ✨Classes benefit @catdogfriendrescue ✨All sessions are in partnership with a shelter or rescue organizations (❌no breeders❌) 👧🏽Children must be 10 or older ♿️There are steps required to get to the floor where the yoga is hosted (no elevator available)  *heavy sigh* Ahhh I love the new innovative ways we have therapy! Because puppy yoga has healing powers I never knew of! There’s truly nothing like seeing baby fur balls run around the room, trip over each other, bite things they shouldn’t be & pee on items that aren’t theres. Pink and blue must be the vibe because me + @Anita were just large puppy pads to these guys😂 All jokes aside, accidents happen but Beth’s team makes sure to help asap and cleaned up every last drip! As long as they’re still available, these pups are also adoptable. But you better hurry quick because these babies are gone before they even arrive! This seriously was such an entertaining time an a great way to end a fun workout I had earlier in the morning. ✨A Monday as Morgan✨ 🏋🏾‍♀️Gym🏋🏾‍♀️ I hit the gym w/ my bestie, Anita (@Anita )! She's lost 50lbs in 6mo & I’ve lost 85lbs in 7mo so just know our gym days be HITTING😂 Mondays are leg days at @LA Fitness ! I also tried @Alani Nutrition energy drink for the 1st time and sheesh - lemme go buy a pack right NOW 🥞Breakfast🥞 📍 Kaldi’s Social 🍽️ Bravo Avo + Croque Madam + The coffee honestly wasn’t that good, but it's a cute location for remote work 🐕Puppy Yoga🐕🐕 I’ve done goat yoga & i’ve done kitten yoga so next on the list was puppy yoga hosted by @Beth A Wolfe Yoga ! And the class did NOT disappoint (hers never do lol). We spent an hr getting snuggled (+ attacked) by little fur balls😍 They were the cutest and friendliest little things, and after missing my 2 dogs for months now, this was much needed therapy! 💎Ear Piercings💎 📍 Lucky Bird Tattoo I took out 6 of my forward helix piercings last month and was worried they may have closed or tightened up too much to put back in myself (+ I have nails and that sh*t is hard lmao). Scott took great care of me & I’ll def be back when I’m ready to add another ear piercing to my other 22😅 🧖‍♀️Unwind🧖‍♀️ 2 things I will never go without is @Vaseline Brand Cocoa Radiant lotion + @Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Dewy Deep Cream! Those 2 keep my skin moisturized for over 24hrs! I also wore a back posture brace for a few hours. 🍦Dinner + Dessert🍦 My ‘healthy’ dessert recently has been @Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt + some marshmallows & it’s delicious every single time + extremely filling so I don’t feel like I need a midnight snack later. ☕️Hot Cocoa + Work Night☕️ When my mom’s in town and it’s cold out, it’s tradition to make some hot cocoa! I was gifted these coffee cups from @d.c. united + @washingtonwizards and I use them almost every night lol they stay hot for hrs! We swapped from watching @Love Island to @Bravo RHOP to catch up on the new season. Okay so in October I wanted to do a cute little photoshoot with my bike and cars! Things didn’t work out in my favor so I was only able to bring 1 car, but the final product and shoot came out SO good that I didn’t even care. It was absolutely FREEZING on the ride to the shoot! I went to a location at Tysons Corner & had a bomb shoot with @zonder.tm (on IG) ✨ He did such a bomb job on the photos that I can’t wait to keep shooting with him in the future! But the truly difficult part was riding on my motorcycle with a full face of makeup and NOT ruining it. I didn’t have high hopes I fear😂 But I think the @kryolanofficial setting spray truly did me justice! 🍝Things To Do: VA | Build Your Own Ramen Bar @the.ramyun.zip 🍝 📍Centreville, MD Okay so despite the beginning of the video lmaooo I actually really enjoyed this place and it’s been on my mind since I went🫠 and what makes it even better is they sell some bomb boba at Hangry Joes right next door! Ramyun also had boba but they were out of that & a few other items when we went. The ramen bar is basically as it seems! You start by picking the pack you want to use, add any additional food items from the kitchen or drinks of your choice. Then go to the hot water station and begin boiling your creation! There’s some seating inside, but it’s limited.
