Abid Rafiq Masih from Lahore had no connection with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) organization. He worked at a petrol pump service station in Cantt, but after May 9, he was implicated in a case under the pretext of geo-fencing and was imprisoned for 11 months. After enduring severe mental distress and financial hardship, Abid Masih passed away yesterday. He is the fourth innocent detainee from May 9 to have died shortly after being released.
