Foreign criminal organizations are using

#migrants across the southern
#border. -------------------------- More than 10,000 people have been arrested in connection with breaking Texas smuggling laws since 2021, including young, financially strapped Americans who are sent to jail after claiming they unwittingly fell prey to international criminal masterminds. Nathan Perrow never considered the consequences of driving 350 miles from Houston to the border town of Del Rio after he responded to a Snapchat ad seeking drivers in 2021. Perrow says he was offered $1,200 and a tank of gas to pick someone up and drive them to another destination. Everything changed when Perrow arrived, saw no one, but noticed a Texas Department of Public Safety vehicle’s flashing lights. Perrow, three months out of high school, was charged with six counts of human smuggling and spent three months in jail.
