This is my take on how I make my homemade mole. It’s pretty easy and delicious. Let me know what you think in the comments and would you try this at home…. Ingredients: 5 - Chili Pasilla 6 - Chili Guajillos 6 - Chili California 4 - Chili de Árbol 4 - large Tomatoes 1 - Onion 1 - Garlic Head 6 - Bay Leaves 5 cups - Chicken Stock 3 tbsp - Chicken Tomato Bouillon In a large pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 50min. 1/2 cup - Almonds 2 - Cinnamon stick 2tbsp - Sesame Seeds 2tbsp - Oregano 2 tsp - Cumin Seeds 8 - Allspice Seeds 8 - Cloves 2 cups - Chicken Stock In a small pot, toast dry ingredients. Then and chicken stock, simmer, cover with a lid and reduce liquid by half. I recommend using a @Vitamix to get the best blend possible. Depending on your blender, I blended everything in 2 batches. 1/2 - Chocolate de Abuelita In a large pot add 2 tbsp olive oil. Add the mole sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the chocolate de abuelita. Once it’s melted you are done with your sauce and enjoy. Stay tuned for my next video to see how I eat the mole sauce.
