Lately I’ve been consuming more than I’ve been creating, and hardly getting outside. We’re all guilty of doom scrolling and staying awake to blue light. I claim it’s relaxing, but can’t say I feeI relaxed afterwards. I’m left thinking there’s somewhere else I need to be, something else I need to be doing or learning. Meanwhile, I am right where I am supposed to be. If I just put my damn phone down🤪 We were not designed to watch the everyday lives of people on completely different paths, with different timelines, backgrounds, goals, and abilities. The way I see it, you can either get held up in comparison, or come back to gratitude and gain inspiration for your own story. I think being a creator there’s an added responsibility for feeding into the addictive nature of it all. One of my recent videos had a watch time of 3,366 hours and 29 minutes. That’s 140 days. I can’t believe a 10-second video ate up so much of other people’s time. My intention here is to create things that make people want to get offline. So take what you need from the things I share, and run with it. Offloading social media apps for the rest of the weekend. Byeeee! ☀️☀️☀️
