i found a GLUTEN FREE BURRITO in Boston! @amelias_taqueria we enjoyed our meals here, and it was just so sick to eat a burrito for the first time since being in Mexico in May. and before that idk how long it had been tbh. the gf option for tortillas are quinoa based and they were very solid. they tasted a tad different and were like a little stretchy/gummy but that’s to be expected. they had some integrity though, the only reason it kinda looks like it’s falling apart is cuz of the spicy chicken juice. anyway, this was a great spot to stop after going to MFA cuz there wasn’t really anything to eat in there. this restaurant is NOT dedicated GF and has wheat and gluten on premises, and they also serve using the same utensils (i noticed my server purposely did not touch the utensils to the tortilla or food, so that was promising). i felt comfortable eating here after reading their findmeglutenfree reviews, so i gave it the ol college try. but i have EOE, not celiac disease, so i know everyone’s experience can differ! but i felt like it was just as “safe” as a cava or chipotle would be
