So, we did the hike up Reinebringen (448 meters above sea level) – and wow, what an adventure… and never again, haha😅 First things first: it’s definitely not just a simple stair climb. The higher you go, the trickier it gets – narrow paths, no railings, and nothing to hold onto. Super intense! We brought Haku and Kyuubi with us without really knowing what we were getting into. Big mistake – and definitely not something we’d ever do again. We honestly don’t recommend bringing dogs on this hike, it’s just way too risky, especially in colder months. Also, the hike was supposed to take 1-2 hours, but it ended up taking us 3. Let’s not even talk about how many breaks we had to take, lol. The floofs were in great shape though, and thankfully water breaks were available! That said, the view of Reine from up there? Absolutely stunning. If you’re planning to try it, bring solid slip-resistant shoes, good fitness, and zero fear of heights. We even saw someone crawling back down 🥲 (not gonna lie, I thought that might be me too – my knees were shaking just 30 minutes in). We didn’t make it all the way to the top – snow and my fear of heights had us turning back a bit early. With that said: Happy hiking! Or just enjoy our video and spare yourself a week of sore leg muscles 😂😅
