Urr Fried Wraps Meal Prep 🌯 These taste 10/10 and they’re so handy if you’re super busy and want some quick and easy to grab and stick in air fryer for lunch Also if you want all my favourite meal ideas in one place, check out my recipe e-book bundle deal 🔗 This makes 5 👇 - 5 tortilla wraps - 400G pre cooked chicken breast - 100G light cheese - 100G lightest mayo - load of tomato’s - chopped red bell pepper - 1/4 pack fajita seasoning Each wraps has; - 400 Calories - 35G Protein Storage Instructions If you refrigerate these they will keep for 3-4 days and this is the handiest way to have them as you can take them out and just bang straight into air fryer at 200°C for 6-7 mins However these can also be frozen if you want to make a few weeks worth in one go When freezing I’ve found to get them to cook well you need to air fry at 170°C for 10 mins with the foil on The take foil off spray with some oil and air fry at 200°C for further 12-15 mins This is ti make sure the inside cooks right through without over cooking the outside But see to be honest, when you freeze them it’s just a bit of hassle and takes f*cking ages, you’d be better off just making a fresh one lol So I’d recommend only prepping how much you’ll eat for 3-4 days at a time as this is handiest 🤝 If you give these a try let me know what you think! 👨🍳
