Whenever a thought creeps in telling you ‘I cant’ ask yourself: Who told me that? Challenge it, replace it with: “I’m capable, and I’m learning every step of the way.” 2. Stop replaying the past in your mind like a broken record.The past doesn’t define you—it’s just a chapter. Let it go and remind yourself: “I am creating a new story right now.” 3. Stop starting your day with stress and overwhelm. Begin each morning with a moment for yourself. Whether it’s a deep breath, a stretch, or simply saying: “Today, I choose joy.” 4. Stop surrounding yourself with energy that drains you. That includes people, habits, and even social media. Your energy is sacred—protect it fiercely. 5. Stop believing you’re not enough. Because you are, right here, right now. The universe doesn’t make mistakes. You’re here for a reason, and your worth is not up for negotiation.
