Madeleines in a different shape 🤎😍 Мадлен в новой форме 🤎 I love how these turned out 😍 The shape, the colour, the taste - LOVE LOVE LOVE 🤎🤎🤎 I added 5 grams of cocoa powder to 1/7 part of the batter to make chocolate flavour batter - I then added small blobs of this batter into the other batter (as shown in the video) and used a cocktail stick to swirl around to mix both batters to make a marble effect 🤗 Because this mould has a more complex shape, I covered most part of the mould hole with chocolate to make sure madeleines gets covered nicely 🤎 Don’t rush here - take your time and these will turn out so beautifully 😍 #madeleines
