The truth: Intuitive eating when used in this context is an ADVANCED form of eating. How are you supposed to do all of the above if: 👉🏻You’re completely out of touch with your hunger and fullness cues 👉🏻You have no idea what a proper portion size looks like for your body 👉🏻You eat out of stress/emotion/boredom not true hunger I help my clients get to this place of effortless eating.
