I exercise for 3 reasons: 1️⃣ To look good (I won’t lie, I like looking good—but it’s the least important). 2️⃣ Because it makes me feel amazing—mentally and physically. 3️⃣ And most importantly, I want to be able to move freely and live actively well into my 90s. 💪✨ This year, one of my goals is to focus on **functional exercises**—moves that will keep me strong and mobile as I age. Another big focus is **flexibility.** I’ve struggled with it in the past, but I’m setting goals to improve because I know how important it is for overall well-being. For me, fitness isn’t just about how I look—it’s about how I feel and the freedom it gives me to live fully, no matter my age. 🌟 💬 *Why do you exercise? Is it to feel good, stay healthy, or maybe for a completely different reason? Share your thoughts below—I’d love to hear!* And here’s something I love: helping women become healthier than they were in their 20s and 30s. 💖 Just last week, I received an email from a former client who last worked with me more than 10 months ago. She shared that she’s still following the practices she learned during our time together—and now feels better than she did in her 20s! Yes, it’s possible. And if you’re in your 50s and beyond and ready to feel your best at any age, let’s talk. DM me, and let’s start your journey to becoming a healthier , happier version of YOU.
