Save this if you’re ready to shed extra pounds without sacrificing flavor! 🙌🏼 . If there’s one thing I swear by, it’s keeping weight loss simple and sustainable💚 . BUT let’s be real—food should always be enjoyable. If you’re not mentally satisfied with your meals, you’ll just keep snacking and thinking about your next bite📣 . Here’s the breakdown you need: Serves 6  Trader Joe’s- HP tofu 3.5oz per sandwich, 1SL cheddar cheese per sandwich, 1 sausage patty per sandwich and English muffin . Cut the tofu add to pan, spray with olive oil, roughly1/4 tsp of tumeric, garlic powder and salt to taste to both sides of tofu. Cook each side 3minutes. Assemble the muffins. Add tofu, cheese, a sausage and wrap with paper towel and foil. Place in fridge/freezer. Heat up when ready to eat! Pair with veggies for volume/fiber to help with satisfaction 💚 .
