Acne Journey Update pt 3: Did you know that the vitamins and supplements that you take may contain chemicals that trigger acne? That’s what I am just finding out. Apparently the supplements I was taking such as Zink, Vitamin b12, and mushroom extract can trigger acne. Instead of taking this it’s best to eat real foods.
