When you need motivation to move your body, a cute outfit that makes you feel good is a great place to start. But, you can’t always rely on motivation, so you have to rely on discipline instead.  I have made time for movement every day (minus being in the hospital when giving birth) for five years now. I often am asked how do I stay so motivated? The truth is, I don’t. I’ve made movement something I do every day just like drinking my morning matcha or brushing my teeth. Movement may look different each day in what it is or how long I’m able to do it, but I always find the time. I truly believe that if something is important to you that you’ll find the time, otherwise you’ll find excuses.  Years ago, I was one of those people who NEVER worked out, but I made a new years goal to start. I know it’s cliche & so many people get frustrated at how crowded gyms & workout studios are at the beginning of a new year, but try to reframe it for yourself & others! Some of those people will stick with their goals & it will change their life for the better. It did for me! I had so many people doubt me because it was not at all a part of my life when I wanted to start working out & now, movement is something I love so much that I’ve done it every day for years. Finding forms of movement you love helps so much because you will genuinely look forward to doing it.
