Are you training your adductors (groin muscles)? - Well, you may be leaving a lot of knee stability and hip internal rotation gains on the table. - A lot of people train the crap out of their hip abductors (outer hip muscles) with things like clam shells, monster walks, hip thrusters with a hip circle on, etc… - But they don’t show the same love to the adductors and that can potentially be a mistake. - These muscles oppose those outer hip muscles and they can be weak in a lot of people (especially if you overtrain the abductors). - Consider giving these a try! -
