Listen, we can't all be morning folks. And that's OKAY. It takes all kinds. If you get stopped up and freeze if your morning doesn't go to plan, save this as a reminder. #lipsync #after12 #itsokay #leaveyourhouse #notamorningperson #adhdcoach #adultadhd #adhdtok

For years, I believed that being consistent meant doing the same thing every day. But for ADHD brains, that approach leads straight to burnout and negative self-talk. The truth? Consistency is not rigidity—it’s flexibility. I wake up every day with a different level of energy, depending on my sleep, stimulation, executive function load, and what life throws at me. Instead of forcing myself into a rigid routine, I embrace a wide range of success. Some days, I’m climbing the mountain—fully engaged, highly productive, checking all the boxes. Other days, I’m on the beach—resting, conserving energy, handling only what’s essential. And most of the time? I live somewhere in between. As a mom of four, a business owner, an active community and church member, and a soccer coach, my energy is spread across a lot of categories. That means I don’t give 100% to everything every single day. And that’s okay! Prioritizing what matters most in the moment—whether it’s my kids’ sports, my marriage, my podcast, or even just taking a break—has allowed me to live a fulfilling, self-compassionate life. So if you’ve ever been told that consistency means doing the exact same thing every day, I invite you to redefine it for yourself. You are the CEO of your life. You get to decide what success looks like, and when we allow for flexibility, we open the door to deeper fulfillment. What does your version of success look like today—beach day or mountain peak? 🏖️⛰️ #ADHDLife #RethinkingConsistency #NeurodivergentSuccess #ADHDCoach

ADHD impulsive thoughts are never dangerous. Yet we are a loaded thought and thinking machine gun. Yet you would never point a loaded gun at an innocent stranger. Ever. The same thing holds true with impulsive thoughts. We are ultimately the manager of our thought factory. Just that knowing. That understanding. Is enough for us to drop out of our loaded "thought and thinking machine gun." #adhdimpulsivity #adhd #impulsivethoughts #adhdcoach #adhdchallenges
I train everyday - Whether it’s cardio mobility, resistance training, I’m moving my body and some form of fashion every single day - Yes, it’s great for the physical. Yes, it’s great for longevity health strength, muscle connective tissue all of the above and more. - But the main reason why I show up every day is to keep me in momentum is to keep me proud of myself. Each day is to keep having this positive mindset through my positive actions. - People with ADHD can’t think their way and into positive action we must act our way and positive thinking - So I show up every day to protect my mindset to protect my momentum because I know how powerful it is when you stay consistent it’s easier to stay consistent - #adhdcoach #staydriven
Repost from @textured_soul • This can be extremely hard when you have ADHD. We struggle with rejection more than anyone else. It’s a really deep wound for us. But how’s life working out for you right now? Are you happy making everyone else happy? Are you altering yourself in order to feel accepted by others? This will require inner healing and outer healing. The only way out is through your new actions. It’s going to be a long stressful life if you keep rejecting your true self. It’s normal to be afraid. I’m totally with you. It’s really scary knowing you could lose someone if you stay true to who you are. But anyone who can’t love you for the real you with all your flaws, doesn’t actually love you the way you need to be loved. You deserve better than that. The key to self-love is through the rejection lock. Face it. It’s one step closer to ending self-abandonment. #rsd #rejection #adhdtrauma #trauma #healingtrauma #adhdadults #abandonment #abandonmentwound #healingtiktok #HealingJourney #healingprocess #boundaries #knowthyself #innerpeace #facingfear #fear #traumatok #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching
