But howā€™s life working out for you right now? Are you happy making everyone else happy?  Are you altering yourself in order to feel accepted by others?  This will require inner healing and outer healing.  The only way out is through your new actions.  Itā€™s going to be a long stressful life if you keep rejecting your true self.  Itā€™s normal to be afraid. Iā€™m totally with you. Itā€™s really scary knowing you could lose someone if you stay true to who you are.  But anyone who canā€™t love you for the real you with all your flaws, doesnā€™t actually love you the way you need to be loved.  You deserve better than that.  The key to self-love is through the rejection lock.  Face it.
